Godrej Parkshire floor plans feature apartments with two and three bedrooms that range in size from 1050 to 1750 square feet. Two BHK Premium (1050 square feet), two BHK Luxe (1200 square feet), three BHK Premium (1600 square feet), and three BHK Luxe (1750 square feet) are the four available sizes. There are 1130 opulent apartments with roomy floor plans in the project. The township, which covers 13.5 acres, consists of five buildings with ground, two-bedroom, and twenty-eight upper stories. Launch is scheduled for December 25, 2025, while possession is scheduled for December 31, 2029. The project is now under prelaunch.
